🚨🚨 OPINIONS 🚨🚨
So I have a 6week old baby girl and I give her a bath around 6 p.m. Every night. (She has dermatitis so it has to be every night.) After her bath she gets pretty tired so I feed her and she'll sleep for about 15 min. Then she'll wake up and stay awake for about an hour, then sleep for about 5-15 min. She'll do that about 3 times. Then when it gets around 8-9 she'll just continuously stay awake. At the moment she's been awake for about 7-8 hours. 2 nights ago she was up for 10 hours! She only does.l this when is SUPPOSED to be time to sleep, so you can imagine how exhausted I am. Any opinions on how to get her to sleep at night?
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
baby sleeping too much?
Is it possible? My 9 week old sleeps allll day and allll night.... She's awake about 4 hours a day maybe 5. It's to the point I have trouble getting her to eat. She sleeps so heavily I can't wake her without serious effort. She saw her pedi yesterday and she is healthy. But is it normal for them to sleep soooo much...
So my baby is 8 weeks old and is thriving with weight gain each doctors visit. So here is my question: around 4-5 hours at night for sleep she wakes up every night and sucks on her thumb. (She finally this week likes it to soothe her during nap times) her eyes are still closed and she moves around and sucks it. I wake her to feed her. My question is should I just let it go? And see if she is just soothing herself to sleep? I don't want her to stave by morning if she sleep a couple of more hours...
Waking to feed?
My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?

that happened to my baby . I switched her around my waking her up during the day and feeding her changing her and playing with her and letting her sleep about 10 min naps and she would fall asleep by 11 and I'd let her sleep and she'd sleep till 4 at first and eat and go back to sleep and we'd be completely up by 10am . now we sleep from 11am to 7am and nap from 12 to 1pm.. since she turned 2 months.
