Call the company and complain

Wtff? Isn't a leech like a big black thing that sucks blood? How in the world did that get in there?! I would call local poison control or hospital just for their suggestions.

Definitely call the company tomorrow, and I agree you should all poison control and ask them what to do. Also find a forum or post it on Facebook and ask people to share it because other babies could be at risk!!! Don't get rid of it either, save it. And you probably shouldn't mail it back to the company if that's what they tell you to do. I'd keep it as evidence just in case there's a future issue.. Make an appointment with your babies pediatrician tomorrow. That's so gross oh god.

Are you sure it's not just settled ingredients? Maybe it's expired

Also do you refrigerate it and shake it before using?

I did a little research. A lot of people said that when they didn't refrigerate it they'd find brown stringy stuff in it. I found out that it can grow bacteria if not refridgerate after opening and after each use.

@bria.k, I shake it but I guess it's cause I didn't refrigerate it but it doesn't say to.

It's not a leech it's just bacteria. Just throw it away and call babies dr tomorrow to ask if it's serious or not.
