Don't worry to much baby's are pretty well protected in there. As long as you didn't land flat on your belly it should be fine

I did the exact same thing the night before I was induced. I was shaving hit the mat wrong with my foot and down I went. as long as your are not bleeding you should be fine.

I would go get checked just so they can monitor you or at least call labor and delivery
