Yea :/ mine hurts a lot it feels like It's gonna snap in half,sit with an ice pack on it and put your feet up,when your feet are up its suppose to help take pressure off and I like baths with a hot heating pack on my back during the bath since watter can't be hot

it sometimes hurt my lower back. any advice ?@jazmin805
