I did! it sent me into labor and your body will make more so even if you don't save it, it will no affect breatfeeding your baby

You could pump and save it instead of pumping and dumping then baby could still get it

i heard yu shouldn't because yr baby needs the colostrum. do nipple stimulation instead. i heard that really works.
