Needing some encouragement or something. My sisters in law are throwing me a baby shower this Sunday and while I'm excited, I am also feeling bad. I hate asking people for things and I don't know how I'm gonna be opening gifts while feeling guilty.
I know I'm not suppose to get tatted while pregnant but I needed to feel pain today 🤘😏
Hair loss while breastfeeding? Is it common? I'm losing sooo much hair. Can I take biotin or something else for it while I'm breastfeeding? Did any of you ladies experience this? I hate it. My hair is already thin so I swear I feel like I'm going bald ?
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

I'm literally crying of the horrible symptoms. Ladies I feel like I can't do it anymore. 😢😢😢😢 it feels so horrible.
