So my ex best friend is pregnant... only 6 weeks along and she has already posted about it everywhere...she drinks a lot and smokes. I was told to wait till I was about 13 weeks to spread the news because the risk of a miscarriage goes down significantly. How do I explain that to her without her getting offended?

I wouldn't let her do what she wants it isn't any of your business if she's making a fool of herself (not being rude) we all have different views I'm not announcing until I am 6 months pregnant or more so imagine😟
yeah true. she's gonna end up hurting herself or the baby.... she keeps posting about going partying then a minute later how she's so excited to be a son to be mom
if she doesn't care about her unborn child don't let that be your responsibility.personally I would inform her the harm she's causing but if she's going to do it anyway don't bother. I immediately stopped drinking and smoking.
I personally would just leave it be. it could start unnecessary drama and make you stressed.
