I have hypothyroidism and when I went to the doctor today to discuss my last blood test results with her she mentioned that eating gluten free may help me to get my thyroid levels where they're supposed to be and help me to lose weight so that I can concieve sooner. Has anyone here switched to a gluten free diet for this reason and if so what was your experience?
