Everything will be fine in the end, but knowing what I know I just think natural is ideal. C sections are awesome when needed-they take care of moms and babies- I just think people sign up for them for no reason! In the end a healthy baby is the only thing that matters no matter which hole it comes out of lol
Thank you. Honestly you made me feel pretty confident about it and thats what I needed to hear. 👯👍🏻 , @alayna22
@xxbruinsbabexx, Yes I've heard of many of those. I had my son natural but honestly I didn't suffer at all. Like at all. But I was 17 and now I'm 27 and I for are will be having a c-section and I'm so weak at pain now. So even if I were to have her natural I am still so freaked out about all the stories I hear about sriram and even c-section.
I have it scheduled already but on Monday I went to the Dr and they did another ultrasound and at first I was consider placenta previa complete and they notice it moved a little so now it's just a placenta previa not complete so I'm going to see another Dr a specialist for another ultrasound on Next Monday to find out exactly where the placenta is at and then I'll know. @hward12
You will do great @faithfulness88 its really not that bad! They know what they are doing. I wasnt even prepared for my csection I was surprised at how well it went!
So scary 😒 I just hope that if I do have one everything turns out good. @ash2014c
I was in labor for like 20 hours before the csection (induced) they didnt even put the epidural in right and when I got into surgery I could feel them cutting me open so they knocked me out really fast.
Natural killed me felt like forever for my vagina to heal I had stitches and it hurt to sit lay down everything and it burned like hell to pee sorry tmi but you wanted to know
@faithfulness88, sorry to hear that girl! But you got this! Just remember it's all for that precious baby you will be holding! When do you find out for sure if you have to have one?
@alayna22, if you don't mind me asking why did they put you to sleep? I know sometimes they do but not often
C section is surgery, with anesthesia, bottom line. People have a tendency to not appreciate the increased risks of infection, bleeding, complications of cutting another internal organ, etc because it's so common this day in age. Not to mention babies don't get the good squeeze that comes from a vaginal delivery so they are at higher risk of needed assistance at delivery to open their lungs.
I hope that I can be strong like you. 😏, @alayna22 I am 100% I'll be having a c-section. Due to my placenta previa. It moves just a bit but not much.
I had a csection and it was so easy they put me to sleep. it only hurt for 3 days after. I didnt even take the pain meds when I got home.
If I for sure have it on the 24th of this month it'll be my first c-section. , @tahtahme
Unfortunately I am weak lol so any little pain I freak out. I have really bad anxiety that's why. @hward12
@faithfulness88, do you have a high pain tolerance? Weird question I know but I do and I was having strong contractions around 30 weeks with my son and didn't even know it. Went to the hospital because I was bleeding and the doctor looked at me crazy and was like do you not feel that and I was like nope lol. Then I had to have a c-section at 36 weeks due to other health issues and I for real had zero pain! I never took any pain meds. I walked the whole baby floor 10 times a day while in the hospital. Literally I had zero set backs. C-sections are more risky tho. But like you said risk comes with both.
@hward12, I am just scared to have a c-section because of the after pain. But then natural is like you rip, you can take long pushing, and your vagina can get messed up lol so I'm like ok what's worst..
csection is still surgery! they say the first one is easy, but if you plan on having any more kids, that's when the complications really start and you begin to suffer more long term....by the 3rd or 4th your stomach muscles are shot!
But natural birth can be risky too. I feel like they both have consequences., @ash2014c
Idk my c-section was a breeze! No recovery time, no set backs, no pain, my vagina wasn't messed up so I can't help ya there lol. I was up walking and acting normal the next day. We had family come in to help us and I sent them home because I didn't need to the help at all.
Yeah mine is necessary but if anything I think I would go w natural. But whatever is best. Either way somehow baby girl is coming out lol , @ash2014c
