How do you guys deal with being nauseous and feeling sick all the time? I didn't have this problem much with my first pregnancy so now it's completely new to me and I don't know how to handle it. Ugh. It's absolutely MISERABLE. How do I feel better?? 😢
Gotta drink the ginger ale with real ginger. Gum worked a little. If you get up in the middle of the night to pee, have a cracker.
I kept crackers and mints with me. Mints helped so much. Eat as soon as you wake up, even if you don't feel like it. Chicken noodle soup was my best friend. If you can't keep down water try Gatorade or Powerade.
I chewed mint gum and mints throughout my pregnancy. or helped with the nausea and when I had heartburn and acid reflux
