ok so I have a weird question. Is it possible to get a postive pee test and then get blood work done and it come back negative? I know people are probably tired of answering questions on here but im just nervous cuz I still havnt had a blood test done but got several positive pee tests. Was just wondering if its possible cuz my mil keeps telling me its not for sure til the blood test :(

I went to Ob Dr and asked for pregnancy test. It came back with a faint line! They sent me for blood test. The next day i called and they said it was negative. One week later i went back. I missed my period. Took another urine test and same thing. They sent me for blood test that measures the hormone level, the numbers. I got a call and it was positive!
@xaviermom1221, its my damn mil putting stuff in my head i went to my regular doctor and he checked my vitals and did a pee test he wouldnt do a blood test why i dont know but he checked my tummy and said im def pregnant to go to my obgyn but my mil keeps telling me dont get my hopes up that it dont mean anything until i have a blood test

You will know forsure if you are or if you are not with the blood test. When do you get your blood work done?
Blood test will not say negative if you are pregnant. No matter how early you are. And getting a positive on a urine test is usually correct.
@livd15, yea thats what I was told and i took like 8 tests all positive so they cant all be false positive. its just me lettibg myself worry for no reason
Depends on how many positives you have had, because false positives are rare so if you have had more then one positive, then chances are pretty good that you are indeed pregnant.

So I scheduled my appointment for Thursday when my insurance is active! I'm just wondering if I should pay out of pocket to get a blood test done at this point 😩.
I hadn't been testing with fmu, so I just thought.. Let me test with my $1 test with fmu and see what happens (I've been testing with frer only - 1st Pic is the last one I took on Sat) and I got a faint line I think.. I've been getting negative with frer.
