It's not the dying the hair that is seen as dangerous it's the smell of the chemicals. stay in a ventilated area and try to not breath a whole lot in.

I read up on it a little and most everything said as long as the place you go is well ventilated it's perfectly safe.

Think about it, hairstylists get pregnant and continue to work. I am a cosmetologist and even when I was in beauty school we learned it was fine but like stated above just be sure you are in a well ventilated area and try to use color that doesn't have ammonia in it. I know every stylist is different and uses different color brands but if you use box color they do make ammonia free. Hope this helped a little ☺️

Then you should be fine. If you have the option choose a salon that is bigger in size, so the fumes have more area to travel away from you and aren't trapped in a confined area. And if you're super worried about just bring a mask for you to wear over your mouth, I have seen that.
