Give her tylenol every four hours. buy some saline for her nose and syringe to take out her boogers. Use the vaporizer in her room to help her breathe better at night.

I use that vapor bath for me!

But humidifier helps too try both

Run a hot shower and steam up the bathroom go in there for about 10-15mins it will loosen things up then go up there with the squeezey bulb or if you have a nose frida it works wonders if you do use Vic's put in on the bottom of her feet then put socks on over night that should help a bit or buy a humidifier
