Is it every day or just once a week? My kids would go crazy if they didn't see their grandparents every week. Weekly isn't bad.

Oh well maybe come up with one or two days a week where you plan "grandma time". Maybe coordinate with her so she feels included? And tell her that you have other things planned the other days. Just a thought.
