Don't be worried my son had dilated kidneys my whole pregnancy and they still are. They told me the same thing but it's super common. I worried my whole pregnancy though and wish now I would have just relaxed. My high risk doctor told me that dilated kidneys are no longer a marker for down syndrome because it's so common.
