I haven't posted here in a while. I'm currently up at 4am feeding my baby girl who will be a month old tomorrow. She was due on October 26th and born on October 12th. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was battling high blood pressure. We had a c-section scheduled for October 22nd because baby was breech. At 37 weeks I had to do a 24 hour urine collection. At 37+5 I went to my regular weekly appointment. The entire week I was telling my fiance that I had a feeling we would be told that the baby was coming earlier. Sure enough, the doctor came in to the room and told me they weren't taking any more risks and they would be delivering my baby at 38 weeks. Monday morning we went to the hospital at 6 am to prep for surgery. I was terrified and my fiance was definitely my dick through it. I cried my eyes out when I found out I had to go into surgery alone to be prepped before he was allowed in. When I got into the OR I Was freezing cold and couldn't stop shaking uncontrollably, but that at least distracted me enough to stop my crying. As soon as I was set up, they brought in my fiance in a wheelchair. With his scrubs on all I could see was his eyes and he has the most gorgeous eyes ever. I swear I fell in love with him all over again just looking into his eyes. My surgery was started at 9:23 am and my baby was born at 9:30. We heard her first cry and both started crying. They stuck her around the curtain and I saw a head full of curly hair. She was 5 lbs 11 oz and 16 inches long. She is the most beautiful baby and such a blessing.
