How many weeks in your pregnancy would be the best time to go into labor ? I really wanna go into labor at 36weeks but some people say that's too soon that'll it be best if I wait until I'm 39weeks .. Is that true?
omg why would you want to go into labor so early that's so horrible to even think about your baby need to cook longer than that. pfft I'm having twins and I'm mad that I have to deliver at 37 I wish I could at less hold them in to 38.
Aweeeee oh yes ! I see what your saying . He was really tiny but yet sooo cute 😍😍 but yeah I understand what you're saying @hward12
exactly! it really just depends on how the baby is growing! I always say I want my daughter right now. and I'm only 34 weeks. lol by no means do I literally mean right this second!! I would love for her to stay in as long as possible. I'd just love to see her. (: but I was glad to know that they wouldn't stop my labor after 36 weeks if it came on its own. I'm sure they would stop it if they felt the baby wasn't ready yet! @hward12
@jquanmom0107, my little boy was 5lbs exact.. He just was soooo tiny and it was December so chilly! His body wasn't regulating temp. Give me a second and I'll share a pic of how tiny he was. He was 4lbs when we left the hospital. The last few weeks are mostly for baby growth not development.
Yes yes ! I'm just gonna try to stop thinking about it ! Lol @mommabird thank you
Wow ! I never knew that the last weeks of pregnancy were that important , I thought after 36weeks if your baby has at least 5 pounds then their good but I see not , you guys are right I should just let him come on his own and stop being so inpatient . & alright I will ask . Yeah everyone's pregnancy is different cause some say they won't reach full term labor till their 39weeks and others say till their 40weeks 😩 but ok thanks you mommies! @hward12 @annabellesmommy
@annabellesmommy, normally they won't stop after 36weeks if labor starts on its own. And you are right you really never know!! Some babies are born at 36 weeks and completely fine and healthy sometimes even sooner than that!
The baby grows soooo much week by week, even day by day, in the last few weeks. Super important to go as long as possible. Technically 42 weeks is most people's cut off. Sorry hon but it will be over and you won't even be thinking about it before you know it. @jquanmom0107
but you really never know! my midwife told me that if labor were to start after 36 weeks, they wouldn't stop it. because I'd be full term. I'd ask your doctor how they feel about that situation. not you having your baby by 36 weeks by choice. because they won't allow that. lol but at what point in your pregnancy would they consider it full term and not stop your labor. if that makes any sense. I'm terrible at explaining things. lol
All 40 weeks are very important for babies growth. I wanna share my little boys story with you. My little boy was born at 36weeks via c-section due to health issues. At 35 weeks his lungs were under developed. The doctors did a special test before deciding when she wanted to take him. I got a shot to develop his lungs all the way. At 36 weeks he was born completely healthy and developed (thank God) however he was extremely tiny! All skin and bone. His body couldn't regulate is temp so he had to stay under the warmer for 4 hours. Luckily it started regulating and we were able to have him in the room with us. The last few weeks are so vital for baby growth.
That's really true ! I guess I just have to be patient 😩🙈😌 @mrsschutte1323 @annabellesmommy
It's best to let your baby come when the baby is ready to come. I know hearing that is annoying and you just want your baby NOW. Trust me. I do too. But it's better to let your baby come whenever your baby is ready to come. :)
Soo it would be best for me to go the whole 40weeks huh ? @mrsschutte1323
some people have their babies early and are perfectly healthy. you really never know.
That is when I went into labor and I was scared out of my mind. Luckily she was very healthy, but some babies don't fare as well. Your little one will tell you when he or she is ready, the longer they bake the better 😊
