Okay ladies am I getting bothered by this for no reason. my father in law without asking what so ever schedules family photos for my family my step daughter husband and I and his parents and calls us and says this is the date be there it's not refundable etc. I feel like i should have been asked. not told. plus I'm 7 months pregnant with twins my face is super swollen I planned on doing maternity photos for the husband abby and I but still I don't want dressy family photos like this. am I just being hormonal?

Hormones lol get the pictures I'm sure you'll love them. And they are expensive, pictures are a nice gift.

I guess. it's just his parents constantly butt into our relationship/family. I feel threatened by it a lot even before pregnancy. idk.

I'd be pissed too but it's non refundable and family portraits are very expensive. Who knows maybe they will turn out pretty good. You can take a warm Epsom salt bath to help with swelling.

Might be a little bit of hormones ;) he maybe should have asked you first but most likely he didn't even think it would bother you. No one understands that everything bothers pregnant women so it's better to be safe than sorry.! Go get the pictures taken and enjoy them! Look at the positives,At least he paid for them. Not to mention this is such a beautiful time in your life! You may look back on the picture and can't believe that you almost didn't get them taken!

@lilanne1927, @anim, my nose started selling second trimester and hadn't gone down at all. plus horrible break outs i just don't feel picture ready. :(

No then that's completely okay! If you don't feel comfortable then let him know or let your husband know so he can tell him! He can't force you! And you don't want to feel like you were forced or uncomfortable. So just go with how you feel then!
