I was going to do it and my Dr was more then excited that I brought it up...unfortunately I had a c section and couldnt. I'm hoping maybe my next one I can.

Yes, do both. We actually forgot to bring our birth plan to the hospital and just told the nurses what we wanted once we got to labor and delivery.
