Hey mommies! I have a question.. when you were pregnant with your first when did you go into labor? My fiance and I are possibly moving 45 minutes to an hour away from my hospital a month before my due date and I'm considering staying in town when it gets close but I don't want to stay prematurely and be away from my fiance for to long.

Usually with your first you have plenty of time. Even your 2cd. everyone's labor is different but my labor with my first was 17+ hours, even with hard contractions and them breaking my water it was still hours later. Don't worry! my hospital was 30 minutes away which freaked me out but I still had time to get burger king and everything 😂

My water broke at 35weeks 4days I live like 20-25 mins from the hospital I had him at hubby got me there in 14mins cause he was freaking out lol I was calm and told him.to take his time lol
Yeah I knew that labor lasted awhile but I was more so worried about if my water broke lol. we only have one car at the moment so it would take 2 hours for me to get to the hospital if someone came to get me.
exactly 36 weekd
You'll usually labor for quite some time. You should be alright :) I had my first at 41 weeks 1 day.
well yesterday I was at a natural birthing class and we went over a few things but one is if your water breaks you have an hour to get to hospital since your body is still making fluid since you still have baby in you ,but it would be safer to stay close to hospital

I had my first at 38 weeks exactly.
okay @steph11 I'm just so worried that I won't be able to get there in enough time once I'm in labor.
