I am a first time mom, my baby is 8 months old today. I haven't breastfed her since she was 4ish months old, but I am still making milk. I wanna start breastfeeding her again, what are some ways I can build my milk back up that have actually worked?

nurse nurse nurse and pump! oatmeal, lots and lots of water. the more you empty your boobs the better because thats telling your body to produce more.
I've heard some moms making their own baby food with breast milk, but you can pump and drink mother milk tea

3 month old bleeding monthly
