It's not that bad at all but I will suggest eating something light and bland about an hour or two before you go in a didn't eat and it made me so sick for the rest of the day
Check a website of your laboratory. I saw rules for my test there and I had to fast for 8 hours before it. They never asked me if I did, though. Not sure why they do that, maybe they're making money this way.
@stacy_, my doctor told me I just couldn't eat or drink an hour before the test.. I only ate breakfast though and drank some water so hopefully I passed.
@sandinicole, well, I heard a lot of stories, that's why I decided to do what laboratory wants us to do(fasting in my case) I hope you passed, too. Good luck

Try to fast starting now. My friend failed it and now she has to do 3 hour test which is not fun

my doctor ordered I fast and I passed the test, everyone else I know didn't have to fast and they failed it so I do think @stacy_ is on to something!
