I don't know how to feel about TV,Magazines and the media. Growing up in a family with gays and transgenders who I love dearly to hear even them to say that mainstream is taking things too far and are not really genuine with their "support" of LGBT I've been pro choice and love who you love since I was a kid before I knew it was taboo. I just can't take that almost every popular show on Tv has to have some sort of homosexual or transgender character or story line, that people of all sexes are having sex on day time Tv and the only thing not showing is their pubic hair. they say D****,P***]*,sh## like what the hell smh. the kardashianss on the cover of Cosmo as "America's First Family" smh

I am in process of weaning my 13 year old from TV I don't know what my attitude would be like if I had access to all that's on regular TV. I thought I was a bad Ass when I flipped to the Spice channel as a kid lol

Parents must be their children's role models because these next few generations don't have much to look up to. I am glad I along with other positive people in my family are who my dtr aspires to be like. Glad I showed her how to sift through the madness..
