@lyanpham, I don't t honk you're technically in labor until you are 4+cm and having regular contractions. Right now it's just the body getting ready.

do warm baths not hot an put bubbles in them they help im 2cm an hoping a bath gets me to 3cm my doctor scrapped my membranes.
