12 oz a hour is fine as long as you have water and food

It's not too bad. It doesn't taste too much like root beer to me, but it also doesn't really taste like a beer either lol.

if you are safe to drive you are safe to nurse. it's mostly about making sure your able to properly care for baby ex not dropping baby

@steph11, it's actually to make sure there is no alcohol in your milk that your baby will ingest not just that you're able to care for baby. Some people can have two or three beers and be able to care for a child that doesn't mean their milk is out to be drank
