It might be ringworm.. It's easy to get and that's a place you sweat a lot so I'd go to the dr to be safe

I agree it kinda does look like it or some kind of fungus .. Can you take a better pic?

Sometimes you can get it from animals too. Skin to skin contact but also from sharing towels and things. It may not be ringworm anyway just looks like it. :).

It kind of looks like ring worm. My boys are all wrestlers and that is a common problem. It's not a big deal really; just very contagious.
