Anyone else cramping and contracting only at night? Then a little while after I get up, they go away! Ugh!

That happened close to my labor

This has been happening to me past couple nights. Both times have been around 3am. I also felt my hips stretching out and got really dehydrated. But when i drank water it kept it going

yes!!! this has happened to me the past two nights... very low in my abdomen, it's achy and crampy, but it goes away if I sit up or stand.

Could they be a sign labor will come soon? Or are they just a punishment designed solely to torture pregnant women? 😂
