Does any one know how to get feet swelling down

laying down and elevating your feet with a couple pillows will do wonders

elevate them and drink lots of water! 😊

also, when I notice that I'm starting to swell, I take a bath in Epsom salta. not sure if it helps but it sure is relaxing!!!

compression socks! I just started using them this week and they make such a difference!
