they depending on where you live my daughter had one 5 years ago but depending on the pack and play you get some don't have them but mine also had a mobile and a changing station type thing too

Oh shit nm I didn't even see that it was a crib I need to take a nappies lmao!!! but it's almost 4 lol!!! that's pretty awesome!!!!
