Help me! This has been going on for months but only intensified since getting pregnant. Dd was hysterical when he left
And it broke my heart. Her dad dropped her off tonight from his weekend and she wouldn't let go of him. He made no effort to help and I had no idea she was that strong. the lotion and Vaseline is probably making it worse. Newborns skin have so many oils that it must regulate on its own. The hormones are all wonky, but adding lotion and other topicals will only confuse the skin. Just let the skin run its own course, and it should regulate soon(:
