Soooo I just got my results back from my OB. My hemoglobin is low? What could that mean?

he'll probably just give you iron pills I'm anemic and my hemoglobin was low so I had to take iron pills
your iron is low i am the same i take my prenatal vitamins plus 3 iron pills a day.
