I started mine at 20 weeks.

I wanted to but I was told it was bad luck... crazy tales! But I started mine at 18 weeks although I haven't really added much.

well its never too soon only thing is, which noone wants to ever talk about or want to expect is the life of the fetus.... even after the 3 months you can have a miscarriage, but 27 weeks from what I've learned so far from my doctor, and and many pregnant woman is the good infant survival rate.
