I just had my first acid reflux ! I was freaking out!!! I didn't know what I was feeling. It was bad! I ate 2 tums and drank a glass of milk. It is now going down thank god . I even had tears coming down my face. Lasted about 10 minutes omg. The worst ever 😿😿😿😿
