Guys I got a sharp pain in my stomach and then no more then 3 minutes later I was over the toilet bowl. anyone know what just happen? Cuz I'm a little out of it and still in pain

Maybe your body cleans itself before labor.. this happens to some women. Some of them poop a lot, some puke ..
