Only 11 weeks but I cannot sleep on my right side without a pillow or my man to fill the voids. Left side is fine, but the right is just uncomfortable. Never been like this before and it's driving me nuts

It's best to sleep on your left side after 20 weeks. But before that its fine to sleep however your comfortable.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Can contractions be one sided? I woke up to this on and off pain in my right lower abdomen/pelvic area.. I sleep on my left side anyways, but I've peed, drank water, laid on my left side to see if they will stop and they haven't.. Currently laying on my right side and it is continuing???
