@mommyhammond2016, you cut up the pumpkin get all the guts out then get the skin off. Cut it in cubes and boil it then when it is soft smash it up. After that Google a Pumpkin pie and how to make it and where it says to use pumpkin just use the fresh pumpkin instead of a can. I can't give you my recipe it's a huge family recipe that gets passed down after you turn 18.
