the doctor said she thinks I'm having a girl because she saw the area flat but everyone keeps telling me I'm having a boy I've been excited about me Lil Penelope since I was 13 weeks people are always putting me in a bad mood when they tell me I'm having a boy because my belly is small!😕

I'd get another ultrasound to know fersure not just an I THINK
you can always get another ultrasound, there are a lot of good deals out there for 3D/4D. Don't let people get you down, unless they can see in there, screw em. lol.
