they are going to take blood , weight , height , pap smear , ask about your family health history .. anything that can be passed on to baby genetically. and you may or may not get an ultrasound I did at my first visit but you won't be seeing a whole lot at 5 weeks

your welcome I was 16 when I got pregnant with my first so as long as you take care of your kid she don't matter you will be fine ;)
