She says those 3 lines are girl, and a boy looks swollen like a turtle

I know. I have 2 boys already and this one looks nothing like my others, I really don't know what to think after seein hers and its a boy?? My boys didn't look like that at all. And I've had 3 ultra sounds and the tech always says its still a girl so now I'm lost ??
