Serious extreme pain through my back butt and legs so painful I can't walk or stand with out feeling it, honestly just wanted to fall flat to the ground and not move.. 😫 Was shopping with my mom and had to go sit in the bathroom the pain was so intense.. Is this normal or something I should be worried about?

It's very normal it's from your pelvic bone expanding for birth. I wasn't able to walk around Target without being in pain an hour later

Unfortunately it's normal. Google lightning crotch lol. I have it bad like that to sometimes I have to squat in the floor in the middle of Walmart to make it stop
