Has anyone experienced mini panic attacks while pregnant? I have had anxiety ever since I was younger, no major stressors in my life at the moment. But I've been experiencing mini panic attacks throughout the day. At least 3 or 4. I had to go to the ER Yesterday because I blacked out while grocery shopping. Doctor has written me out of work for another week and has told me just to relax so that's what I am going to do. What are ways you have dealt with anxiety or panic attacks while pregnant?

I suffer from anxiety-panic attacks. Went cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant. My 1 and mid way of my 2nd trimester were bad, what has helped me is 1) praying!!!!! 2) when feeling anxious going somewhere where I can be alone and breathe deeply without someone asking me if I'm ok 3) reminding my self to stay calm, relax and to breathe!! I'm 30 wks and it is possible!!
I've noticed that during my 2nd trimester my anxiety has flared up. I went off anxiety pills four years ago and am hoping I won't have to go back on them. I hear prenatal yoga is fun and great for anxiety during your pregnancy. I might try that out.
I've had anxiety for years. it got worse when I was in my first and second trimester. once the baby is born back on the meds I go
