anybody help
what can I do to produce more milk I've made an appointment with the lactation consultant but no answer yet I stopped producing a week ago I want my baby to keep getting my milk since he was born premature.

I'm sure Walgreens, rite aid, and anywhere else that sells vitamins has fenugreek pills as well. I just always buy them at Walmart.
Walmart in the vitamin section. It's like $4 for 100 pills. I always buy two bottles cause they go fast. Take two pills in the morning, two in the afternoon and two at night! They seriously help SO much! It like tripled my milk supply. Also your milks peak hours are between 1am-5am that's when you make the most milk so try pumping sometime in that time frame and you're sure to get a good amount out!
The more often you pump and feed, the more milk you will make.
Pump a lot, feed your baby on demand: and take fenugreek pills.
I been eating oatmeal an I can only pump 2 ounces when I use to produce 4 or 5
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
