try looking into a multi vitamin or prenatal supplement that already contains iron. I use nature made and I don't get nausea at all compared to other prenatals I've tried
My iron pills made me sick. Do you think it could be them? I started taking liquid iron it was so much better for my stomach. Gross but didn't make my stomach hurt

it does but I have iron deficiency anemia so I have little to no iron on my body so I have to take extra
