Anyone else ever go through sleep paralysis ? Just had my attack like 20 mins ago before waking.😞

Sleep paralysis is when you feel like something is holding you down and you can't move or speak. It's so crazy and hard to explain @mrsmoore

I'm not sure exactly what it is but once I woke up gasping for air I slapped my bf awake cause I couldn't breath it was like I could exhale it was so scary idk what its called is that what it is
