Ladies i really need some help/advice , so i went to the doctors on tuesday i was 8 weeks and 4 days to have my booking apointment but i told her im moving doctors ( due to moving in with my partner) so all she done was give me my maternity exemption form to sign and sent me for blood and urnie test... So i called up my new doctors explaining that ill be joining im now 9 weeks pregnant and i havent has a sniff of a midwife appointment yet , she said oh we will just put you in touch from here .... But i havent had my booking yet and im so confused im getting on in my pregnancy im 9 weeks now so im worried ans stressed out why nothing has actually happend yet!

Took my midwife 1 1/2 weeks before contacting me.... xx Hope you hear soon x x Don't panic your self x x

same took nearly 2 weeks before I got a midwife appointment.
but did have a scan which my doctor booked because I wasn't sure how far gone I was.
Try not to worry.x

You're only 9 weeks. Don't panic. Some people don't get their booking appointment until weeks 10-11. Depends on how busy and booked the midwife is. Plus it's all about paperwork now. So give it a week then call up the new doctors and enquire.

I moved at the same sort of time and didn't get an appointment till 12 weeks and a scan the week after - your first appointment is all about bloods , weight check and medical history so don't stress x

I first saw my midwife at 9 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much. The booking appointment is nothing interesting 😂😂 I can't believe I was with her 2 hours, all she did was ask me questions...take blood etc. Gave me my blue Maternity book. Booked my scan and sent me on my way :)

Im just being a silly worry wart as useall ! Just want to get the ball rolling! All so exciteing and worrying!

Haha that first appointment is soooooo long and tedious with paperwork the scan ones are better :)

sounds about right to me aswell i was around 9/10 weeks Xxx
