I can't sleep, but it seems that no one else on here can tonight. Usually I fall right asleep if my husband rubs my back, but he keeps falling asleep while doing it and I gave up.
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
my boyfriend snores SO FREAKING LOUD. cannot fall asleep. I seriously need earplugs 😭😭😭
Ok..my daughter only likes to fall asleep if she's cuddling with me. Like laying down with me....and I fall asleep with her........I just get so tired and just fall asleep...😞
So Every night my Husband falls asleep before me then stays asleep lol but me on the other hand scrolling through moms life app. But answer this question for real though, to drink or not to drink while pregnant. But either way i wouldn't drink but dying to get my hair permed.
for some reason when I fall asleep I keep winding up laying on my back. is that safe? aren't I not supposed to lay on my back for long periods of time?

@milestide25, ... and it will feel like for and infinity as you get closer the time seems to go slow... Lol... I felt like my 1st and 2nd trimester flew and the 3rd started out quick but now seems to be going slow.

I have taken Tylenol cold and flu because I got sick earlier this week and my doctor told me it would be okay, but other than that I haven't taken any medicine. I even refused the nausea medicine from the doctor. Just prenatals. I wouldnt have taken the other stuff if I was not running a fever. How many weeks are you now? @marmber

I'm the same way, i havent taken any OTC meds while pregnant but then again, i nvr do. The only thing i would take was the morning sickness medication my dr prescribed. It made me drowsy so it helped me sleep a bit, i still would get some sleepless nights though. Once i got off of them at 23 wks, those sleepless nights became a little more frequent.

My husband suggested I take some benadryl and even though it is on my list of things I can take, I still dont like the idea of popping a pill so I can go to sleep. @marmber

Lol... I hear ya! You'll have your good nights and your bad nights. I had some sleepless nights in my 2nd trimester, I thinks its just your body prepping you for baby. This week I had 3 great nights of sleep. @milestide25

@marmber, This is the second night in a row for me. I thought the 2nd trimester was supposed to be the easiest. I want that energy in the day and that ability to sleep at night that I was promised from my other baby apps.
