can someone tell me if this is my mucus plug and if I should go in? Was in preterm labor few weeks ago also.

doctor said I'm contracting and have an irritable uterus. also that my mucus plug turned into liquid and that's what I leaked. I'm still 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. Want me to get checked tomorrow to see if I've progressed. thanks ladies (:

I'd go in. Especially since you had a gush and preterm labor. Your contractions could be painless. Go in just to be safe!!!

It is. I lost my plug for about 2 weeks. It just means your cervix ia softening. You should only go if you have contractions also.
