is it safe to sleep on your stomach while your pregnant i have always been a stomach sleeper could never sleep any other way now im worried sooner or later i wont get any sleep if i cant sleep in that position :(
My doctor said it doesn't matter how you sleep as long as your comfortable
I did until I was about 18 weeks after that the bump gets to big to even feel comfortable in that position. I am carrying small and didn't even start to show until recently. Enjoy it while u can it will b missed Bc u won't b able to for a while. I sleep now half on my stomach and he lets me know there's no room in there so I have to move....
I do somewhat now directly on my tummy I miss it so bad
I'm like u but I've learned to sleep on my sides I got told it could harm the baby or disform it but that's coming from my grandmother who's a doctor but I've heard other mommies on here have slept on their stomachs if u can get one of them to confirm everything will be okay then okay
✋ stop around 16wks.. I'd love to sleep on my stomach 😦😩 I have Spd (pelvic pain) so cannot lay but one way
Yes if can sleep on it then sleep on it. I wish I could right now 👎🏽
Hey ladies, question. Sooooo, do any of you that’s less than 20wks struggle with not sleeping on your stomachs?? Because I am 17wks and 2 days and I am tossing and turning all night from trying not to sleep on my stomach!😩😩
I do not believe in co-sleeping with your child of any age idc. They need to learn to sleep in their own beds by themselves! No negative comments!!!!
Do any of you leave your kids bedroom doors open when the sleep? Like a 2 year old?
I am so sick of...
people saying "enjoy your quiet time now", or "get your sleep while you can".
Sleeping on your stomach or on your back (2nd trimester) isn't advised when your bump starts to grow. From what I've read, its best to sleep on your side, mainly the left side.
