Has anyone here bought a house with a USDA Direct Loan?

I am not sure. we picked a house and everything moved pretty fast. it took us 3 weeks to move in. it depends on if you have everything in order and if the seller accepts the bet w/ hassle

@poco_hun, yeah it's the same thing. @burgescd what was the timeline from prequalification to move in date for y'all?

we brought ours thru the loan last December.
