Download an app and track your periods and symptoms, take prenatals, quit smoking if you do, minimal alcohol consumption, hydrate (lots of water), make sure to baby dance on ovulation days.

Sex. Lots of sex. track your periods if they're regular. Get those dollar ovulation tests from the dollar tree. Stock up on them and pee on them and when you're positive for ovulation, have sex:)
